This installation package cannot be opened

The installation program of Komodo 10 or Fritz 15 does not start automatically, which is normal with our products?

After adding Run to Start menu of Windows 10, typing "g: setup.exe" in the entry box and pressing Enter you get a view where Install can be clicked on.

After doing this you receive the a message from Windows Installer program: " This installation package cannot be opened. .......  "

Solution: Please run the Windows Explorer and let it display the folders and files on the DVD ROM. Open the folder SETUP here and run the setup msi file for the 64 bit version with a double click.
